| Environmental
awareness is a high priority at Bowditch & Partners Earthmoving
Pty Ltd with all equipment having been through Australian Standards
Noise Testing and reaching compliance for acceptable noise levels.
All operators have gone through environmental awareness courses
with practical uses in environmental spill kits. These spill
kits are made available at each of our worksites and are readily
accessible to our operators. |

and maintenance go hand in hand at Bowditch & Partners Earthmoving
Pty Ltd, with operators being fully aware of the need to maintain
a high level of vigilance of themselves, the equipment they
are operating and of others around them as the worksite changes.

this end, Bowditch Rail is currently implementing an on line system,
whereby all sub-contractors will have the opportunity to reach the
same level as our parent company Bowditch & Partners Earthmoving Pty
Ltd. All Bowditch Rail sub contractors will go through an audit process
to ensure that the Rail Infrastructure Corporation only receives quality
machines and operators. |

the opportunity to undergo training not only on safety but environmental
issues that can affect the work place. It is the aim of Bowditch Rail
to assist the smaller sub contractors in gaining access to training
materials to allow them to attain a level of quality that has previously
only been able to be achieved by the the larger organisations. |
